We are so excited to announce that Active Faith Chiropractic will be opening a new location in Flandreau, South Dakota, beginning March 18th, 2026!

We are honored to be taking over Dr. Weber’s Chiropractic Clinic and continuing the legacy of care in this community—while bringing something new and exciting to the table.
