Happy Friday! Today marks the beginning of the Flandreau Wacipi. Feel free to visit us at our comfort station! Just a quick reminder that the Health Center is OPEN today. The Wellness Center will also be operating during regular hours: today until 6 PM and Saturday from 6 AM to 2 PM. Don't miss out on the SDPI walk/run happening tomorrow morning—make sure to arrive by 7:30 AM to register, as the walk kicks off at 8 AM. T-shirts will be available for all registered participants! We look forward to seeing you bright and early to get those hearts pumping! “Move to the rhythm of your heartbeat song.” 💓
