Teachers make up many of our residents. What makes it special is how they bring the same patience and understanding they once used in the classroom into everyday life here. Hydration is daily care, simple, essential, and easy to overlook.

Drinking enough keeps kidneys healthy, energy up, and UTIs at bay. We make hydration a habit, woven seamlessly into daily life. A few sips with meals. With meds. Between activities. A favorite cup, a splash of lemon, whatever makes it easy and enjoyable.

Make it routine. Start early. Sip often. Keep it simple.
