We are so close to getting the bill signed into law, we can't let that happen. Hi Everyone!!

FitWell Physical Therapy is open, and ready to serve you! We only ask that you wear a mask when you're here for treatment, and that you remain home if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive in the last 14 days!

We are currently unable to accept new gym members, but hopeful we can open the gym soon!

Hello FitWell Friends and Community!
We wanted to give you an update on the happenings at our 2 FitWell locations.
We are OPEN to see patients with critical Physical Therapy needs, who are symptom free and have not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for this virus.
We ask that you practice good hand hygiene, and wear a mask while in treatment.
Our staff has been taking extra precautions to avoid contracting or spreading COVID-19. We are wearing appropriate PPE, as well as wearing scrubs in the clinic that are washed after each shift. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the clinic as well as masks we can provide if needed. We are sanitizing equipment between uses, as well as cleaning the clinic using an Ozone machine.
Our Hours are limited at this time but we are open to serve you in Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please call one of our locations to set up an appointment.

FitWell Physical Therapy will be closed through April 13th.
However, beginning next week, 3/30/2020, if you are in extreme pain, or have had a recent surgery please contact us, as we will be accepting a limited number of extreme cases. Monroe location (734) 289-1800. Flat Rock location (734) 789-8281. If you’re unable to reach someone, please leave a message with your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Please also note, that you must be symptom free, and have not had any contact with someone with symptoms to be considered for an appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Good Morning FitWell community.
Due to the unfortunate situation involving COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to close our Monroe location. As of now we are closed until Monday March 30th, but this is subject to change. And you can find updates right here, as we make them!
Our Flat Rock facility remains open at this time, and that will be reassessed on a day-to-day basis.
We are taking these measures in an effort to be proactive, as none of our patients or staff have this virus, to our knowledge.
We ask that you all do your part as well to help stop the spread of this. Do so by adhering to social distancing recommendations, washing your hands thoroughly, and staying home unless going out is deemed a necessity.
We look forward to getting back to work as soon as possible to continuing serving you.

‼️UPDATE: see our new post for the latest update on FitWell.

In keeping compliant with the shut down regulations, FitWell Fitness Center will only be operating as a Physical Therapy Clinic at this time, and not as a gym.
Tentative reopening date will be 4/1. We will update as necessary, and as we are informed. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this difficult time.
