Flatonia Yoga Starts Tomorrow Morning at 8AM at the Civic Center!

Bring your mat (if you have one), your water, and wear whatever you feel comfortable in!

I will have extra mats, blocks, blankets, and everything else you might need to enjoy a safe and supported exercise class. Saturday’s class is perfect for beginners and people returning to their yoga practice after a break. It will be a medium paced class with lots of accommodation in the poses to help you feel your best this weekend!

Another local 5K for a good cause!

In 48 hours we'll be checked in and stretching for our Alliance for College & Career Student Success - ACCSS 5K. Pre-registration is still open! We'll put together our swag bags tomorrow. Those who registered early will get priority on shirts and getting the size they want. Plus, check-in will be a little quicker so you can sleep in a little longer.
