Dennis L. Walbert

Dennis L. Walbert, 72, of Topton, passed away on Thursday morning, April 23, 2026, in Laureldale, PA.

Born December 27, 1953, in Allentown, Dennis was the son of Anna (Reinert) Walbert Keller, Kutztown, and the late Elmer Walbert and Lindy Keller.

Dennis was a 1971 graduate of Brandywine Heights High School and attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Mertztown. Dennis worked for many years for Caloric before moving on to East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc., where he worked for over 25 years before retiring. Dennis truly enjoyed watching sports and listening to old music, especially the Beatles.

Surviving in addition to his mother, Anna, are his two children, Amanda L. "Mandy" (Walbert) Eshelman, wife of Jason L. Eshelman, Bern Township, and Shawn D. Walbert, Fleetwood, their mother, Donna R. (Hollenbach) Walbert, Fleetwood, his grandchildren, Jayden L. Eshelman and Brianna R. Eshelman, his sisters, Kathie Miller, wife of Russell Miller, Connie Mayoryk, wife of Steve Mayoryk, and Judy Galle, wife of John Galle, and by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services for Dennis will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 7:00 pm at Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood, with Rev. Dr. Jeremiah Sassaman, officiating. A visitation with Dennis' family will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
