"Researchers from Queen Mary University of London and Barts Health NHS Trust worked with 129 doctors, nurses and other health professional from London hospitals to study the effects of group art therapy sessions.

They found that those who took part in the sessions reported 'much lower emotional exhaustion and depersonalisation, and less stress, anxiety and depression'." 🎨

A gentle reminder from Creative Perspectives: It can be tempting to lean into the hype and societal pressures surrounding New Year’s resolutions. While any time is a great time to reflect and think about personal growth, many of us end up making goals that are unrealistic.

It’s important to remember that you do not need to change who you are. Maybe you’d like to set healthier boundaries, add coping skills to your toolbox, or feel more empowered and confident. Sometimes therapy can help.
