We need movement and exercise. That is a non-negotiable for your health and cognition. 20-30 minutes of movement daily can improve your spinal mobility, sleep, brain health and mood.

A practice member came to us originally for neck pain, but after further evaluation there was a lot more going on. He couldn't squat properly and his knees and low back were in pain. He had major compensation throughout his hips and lower extremity joints and playing sports and weight-lifting were aggravating.

After recommending focusing on mobility, rather than standard weight-lifting, he began taking Pilates in addition to his chiropractic care and saw drastic results over a 6 month period. He is now a Pilates instructor and has excellent mobility in his hips and legs and can squat with proper form.
And guess what? His neck range of motion increased!
