Dr. Hudson spent Tuesday morning with a group of young ladies talking about career opportunities and starting a business. These young ladies had lots of questions and were a joy to be with!

Its Monday! Its a brand new day and a brand new week. What are you doing to achieve health goals?

Remember one step at a time and one day at a time. A professional fighter doesn't practice one time and then goes to a match. No. They train every single day building endurance and perfecting their technique.

For the month of June, I'm challenging ALL MEN to step into the arena and train: spiritually, mentally and physically. Community of men is important to build that endurance and I have local resources just for you.

Getting to know Dr. Hudson!

Dr. Hudson retired in 2019 as the rank of Chief Petty Officer. She served 20 years in the United States Navy, joining at the age of 17.

The rank of Chief Petty Officer was established on April 01, 1893, and considered "The backbone of the Navy." The CPO rank insignia is called a fouled anchor and worn proudly by Chiefs, Senior Chiefs, and Master Chiefs. If you want to know more about Navy's history of the Chief, visit:
