Begin again with a conscious effort to make time for slowing down, and renewal!!!

The first sound bath with guided meditation is Sunday, January 19th, 6-7 pm

We will begin promptly at 6 PM for an hour of thoughtfulness, meditation, and of course, the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls along with various other instruments and tools.

Six spaces are available on a first-come basis. Provided, as always, will be all necessary items for your experience. Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters. Please feel welcomed to bring anything else you might enjoy to enhance your relaxation experience.

The holiday season is just around the corner, and we at Main Street Massage Therapy are so grateful to have compassionate clients to take care of!

We are pleased to announce our annual Food Drive. We hope you will join our forces of good will and help us with our efforts to positively impact the local Flemington Food Pantry.

It is our hope that as you visit throughout the holiday season, you will bring some donations along with your usual generosity and kindness!

Please bring a bagged donation and either look for the box in the office lobby, or leave it with your therapist. We will be accepting canned/boxed foods along with personal care products. You can also include a donation to our furry friends, as the Food Pantry accepts pet food donations.

With your help, we are striving to surpass prior year's efforts, and look forward to sharing a wonderful year's end together in wellness.
