Insurance denials are common in eating disorders treatment. I am a member of the International Federation for Eating Disorders Dietitians and we have an opportunity to share stories of patients who have struggled with reimbursement or been denied care with the Department of Labor. We have an attorney compiling stories now. If you have a story you are willing to share, even without your personal details, please contact me directly. We need case examples that include:

A description of the problem they’ve been having with insurance
