Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Set up and prepare endoscopic equipment for procedures
🔹 Assist physicians during GI procedures, using all equipment safely and effectively
🔹 Collect and handle specimens accurately

🔹 Maintain a clean, organized endoscopy unit and restock exam rooms
🔹 Clean and prep scopes for disinfection following policy and manufacturer guidelines
🔹 Support the clinical team in delivering excellent care and ensuring patient satisfaction
🔹 Perform additional duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager/Director of Nursing

Qualifications:
✅ BLS certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

✅ Adherence to HIPAA and infection control standards

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Service Representative to join our team. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalized customer service to our patients. As the first point of contact with our patients, you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office and be knowledgeable about medical insurance policies, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy laws. The Patient Service Representative must be a team-player, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills.
