Can I say something? Listen, I’m all about deliverance, truly, I am. I’ve seen the power of God set people free in ways that are nothing short of miraculous.

But hear me on this…

Sometimes deliverance is not just about casting something out—but about healing what gave it a place.

Yes, demons get cast out. But what about the trauma, the patterns, the wounds, and the lies that opened the door in the first place?

I’ve seen successful deliverances that led to lifelong freedom.
But I’ve also seen unsuccessful ones, where people went right back into bo***ge because they weren’t willing to be discipled… to let Jesus walk them through the healing process.

This is why I’m such a huge advocate of deliverance + counseling combined.

You can’t have counseling without deliverance—because some things are spiritual.
And you can’t have deliverance without counseling—because some wounds need processing, safety, and discipleship to stay healed.

Don’t just chase the manifestation. Chase the transformation.
Let Jesus not just cast it out—but teach you how to live free.

Healing the Wound of Abandonment

You know… a lot of us walk around with a deep, hidden wound — the wound of abandonment.

And with that wound come LIES that try to shape our identity:

• “I’m not worth staying for.”
• “I have to perform to be loved.”
• “Everyone leaves eventually.”
• “God must be like them — He’ll leave me too.”

But none of that is true.

I believe God wants to heal the wound of abandonment in your life. People are not perfect. People leave. But God is not like people. He promises to never leave you or forsake you (Deut. 31:6).

We were created for love, for security, and for belonging — but we were always meant to receive those things from the overflow of God’s love, not by chasing it from others.

When we look to people to fill a God-sized void, we end up in cycles of fear, performance, anxiety, and disappointment.

Some of us need to grieve what we didn’t receive — the comfort, security, or presence we should have had as children. But we don’t have to stay stuck there. Healing is possible.

Rejection hurts—but it’s also part of the cost of following Jesus.

When you choose Christ over comfort, you may be misunderstood.
When you prioritize truth over popularity, you may be excluded.
When you walk in holiness, some will fall away.
When you carry your cross, not everyone will applaud.

But take heart—Jesus was rejected too.
He was despised, betrayed, and abandoned. And still, He never wavered.

If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.” – John 15:18
Discipleship isn’t about being liked.
It’s about being loyal—to the One who gave it all for us.

You’re not being rejected because you’re doing something wrong.
You’re being rejected because you’re doing something right.

So Keep standing. Keep loving. Keep walking.
He sees you. He’s with you. And it’s all worth it. 💯

Can we pray over your September?

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of a new month. As we enter into September, we pause to invite Your presence, Your power, and Your provision into every area of our lives.

We declare that September is a month of supernatural breakthrough. We come out of agreement with worry, fear, and lack—and we come into alignment with Your promises of abundance, peace, and divine order. You are Jehovah Jireh—our Provider—and we trust You with our needs, our future, and our finances.

Lord, bless the work of our hands. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Release creative ideas, divine connections, and new streams of income that will not only sustain us, but overflow to bless others. Let our businesses, our ministries, and our callings flourish in this season.

We cancel every assignment of the enemy that comes to steal, kill, or destroy our resources. We rebuke the devourer and stand under the protection of Malachi 3:10:

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse… and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

We speak financial peace over our households. Bills will be paid. Debts will be canceled. Needs will be met. Surplus will come. We speak generosity, stewardship, and increase over our lives.

Lord, help us to remain faithful, humble, and full of expectation. May our priorities align with Your heart. As we seek first Your Kingdom, everything else shall be added.

Let this be a month of “exceedingly, abundantly above all we can ask or imagine.” (Ephesians 3:20)
