2026 is Here!!!
In both numerology and the Chinese Lunar Calendar, 2026 is going to be a year of change. As a "1" year, it is a reset year, the beginning of the next 9 year cycle and a place for new beginnings. 2026 according to the Chinese Lunar Calendar is the year of the Fire Horse, last seen in 1966. Traditionally, it symbolizes dynamic energy, strong will, major changes, ambitious pursuits and bold action.
If you missed yesterday's bowl session, we have not 1 but 2 more this month!!! Our next session will be Friday Jan 16th (Yes, the 16th, not the 9th) at 7pm. Then on Fri Jan 30th, we will host another session, as we are unable to host a bowls session in February. Unfortunately, Nikki needs to have a procedure done on Feb 6th, so she will be out of the shop for a few weeks to heal up and we have had to slide some things around!
But, before all that, we have a brand new workshop on Wednesday Jan 14th at 7pm, focusing on Energy Protection for Empaths. In this workshop, we will do a deep dive into what it means to be an empath and how one can protect their energy and autonomy. Topics will include boundary setting, shielding and grounding, crystal use and will close with a short grounding meditation.
And, our monthly Explore Your Intuition Meetup is back on Wednesday Jan 28th at 7pm! The January meetup is always popular between the holiday break and new year's resolutions!
We had an excellent start to the year with our New Year's Day Bowls yesterday and gave the store a major smudge bomb! If you saw our socials, I posted a video and told y'all to sage that s**t!!! Now is the time to reset and recenter yourselves and your spaces for what is ahead. That being said, I will be offering custom intuititve smudge blends for customers on a walk-in basis Wednesdays through Saturdays all month long! Blends can be fully intuitive or tailored to your wishes/needs.
Looking further out, Reiki certifications will begin in March. Our psychic fair will be back and BIGGER than ever, because for the first time ever, we are partnering with Wildflower Yoga Collective and running the psychic fair concurrently with Stangl Karmafest! Moon markets will start back up in June and Ghost Walks will be back this year as well! The shop turns 5 this year and so does the Witch Walk, so we are going to blow it out!!!
Additionally around the borough, we have had a lot of changes and will have some big official announcements forthcoming. In the meantime, I can tell you that Stangl Sip N Strolls and the Flemington Food Truck Festival will return as will the Flemington Car Shows. Corn, Tomato and Beer Festival WILL BE BACK this year and it will return to Stangl, Jazz Fest will return to Main Street and so much more is coming down the pipe!!!
