Universal Ultrasound is doing our part this Blood Clot Awareness Month by releasing free VTE educational content and fundraising for the 100,000 Reasons Challenge.
A national movement led by National Blood Clot Alliance honoring the 100,000+ lives lost each year to preventable blood clots through movement, awareness, and education.
Join our team or donate to help move 100,000 miles, raise $100,000, and reach 100,000 people. Letβs stop the clot together. π

Transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasonography is a non-invasive ultrasound test that measures cerebral blood flow velocity to diagnose stroke, vascular diseases, and cardiac-related brain issues. It detects emboli, monitors vasospasm, and identifies right-to-left shunts (e.g., PFO) that can cause paradoxical embolisms. TCD is also used to evaluate post-cardiac arrest brain circulation and during high-risk cardiovascular surgeries.
Patients are demanding ultrasounds. Donβt leave your team unsupported and unprepared. We ensure your sonographers are equipped to give successful treatment.
