Kids this age are figuring out who they are, how to connect with others, and how to navigate the moments when things don't go smoothly.

Some kids find this comes naturally. Others need a little extra support — and that's completely okay.

Our Social Skills Group gives 4th and 5th graders a structured, encouraging space to practice the skills that make friendships work: communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

Through games and activities, not lectures. 🌟

Introducing Women Unfiltered — a process group for female identifying individuals, ages 20+. 🌸

This isn't a class. It's not a workshop. It's a space.

A space to pause. To be real. To connect with other women who are navigating the same messy, meaningful, complicated experience of adulthood — without the pressure to have it all together.

In this group, we explore:
