I’m Shuntai Allen-Bey, a Licensed Professional Counselor and sex therapist with a passion for helping women of different hues heal, reconnect, and thrive. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have received advanced training in trauma-informed care, holistic therapy, and sex therapy. My clinical background includes over a decade of experience working with women dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, and sexual wellness concerns. I’ve also completed specialized education in culturally responsive therapy, body-based healing approaches, and mindfulness practices. As a woman of Hue and therapist, I understand the importance of being seen—not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person shaped by culture, identity, history, and spirit. My work is deeply grounded in honoring the lived experiences of women and women of Hue, while holding space for diverse backgrounds and intersecting identities. I blend traditional talk therapy with holistic approaches that support the mind, body, and spirit. In our work together, you’ll find space to explore your story, unpack generational patterns, build self-trust, and move toward emotional freedom. I’m licensed in Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas, with Arizona licensure pending. All sessions are offered virtually, making it easier for you to access therapy wherever you are. Whether you're seeking support around trauma, intimacy, self-worth, or simply want to feel more grounded and whole—I'm here to walk with you on that journey.
