Annuit Coeptis & Assoc is hiring FT & PT LPN nurses to provide care in a Private Duty Home. Knowledge and skills required: Valid nursing license and credentials.
Previous experience in caring for patients. Knowledge of relevant medical procedures, equipment, and interventions. Strong observation and assessment skills. Ability to adapt to the patient's unique needs and communicate effectively with empathy.

Any specific certifications or training related to Cerebral Palsy or specialized care.

Hours 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Daily and/or 2:00PM - 8:00 PM Daily Flex Sched. The patient is located near Belsay Rd., Genesee & Coldwater Rd, Flint, Michigan 48506.

A letter from a caregiver 💙

Dear Active,

My name is Michelle, my experience with Active Day Club has always been extremely positive. My mother has been attending the club since May 2017. I know Active is good because my mother-in-law is a slight complainer. She has not complained about attending the facility since the first week (if you’re considering services have hope if they complain the first day, everything new has to grow on you). She has actually grown to love the program and looks forward to going every day. Every person I have come in contact with has been nice, caring, outgoing and attentive. The impact the facility has had on my life as a caregiver is immeasurable and I’m sure the others families feel the same. It is my pleasure to share the positive impact Active has had on our lives.

“I would like to give kudos to Mr. Eric Davis and all staff members at Active Adult Day health club. My mother who will be 91 this August has been going to AADHC since May 2016. The staff continues to demonstrate magnificent work ethics. Integrity, discipline, and fantastic teamwork. Through the years my family has developed a wonderful rapport with all the staff.

In 2016 my sister and I became aware our lovely mother needed full time care after being diagnosed with Dementia and other medical conditions. My family is over protective when it comes to my mother so it was only after in depth research that we agreed the best place for her to receive additional care other than overselves would be AADHC.

From day one, meeting the owner of Active, having a walk through of the facility, going over the procedures, we agreed AADHC was the place for our mother. From exercising, her nutrition needs being met, entertainment by movies, karaoke, arts and crafts, to handing out achievement awards and medals.

Both my sister and I speak blessings over AADHC and all staff members. We cannot thank each of you enough for your immeasurable dedication, compassion, your love, and just as important building up our mothers self worth while she is in your care. We are so happy our mother enjoys going there. In addition both my sister and I are thankful you are in our lives.

Here at Active Adult Day Health Club we take pride in providing quality services. There is no greater feeling than the appreciation that comes from a caregiver who is able to keep their loved one home a little longer and able to practice self care a little stronger because they trust the care we provide ........... here’s a page from out brag book.

“My husband has been attending Active ADHC for a few months now and from the moment I stepped foot in the building I knew he was on the hands of caring, loving, people. My husband is a difficult person to deal with at times but not for the Active staff. He comes home every time and tells me how much of a good day he has had and explains how nice and energetic the staff is. I have also noticed he is much more alert than he was when he was at the other day center. I know he is being well taken care of at the club.”
