We just wanted to give a heads up, we will be opening at 12:15 pm today!

It’s the season of craziness and it hit our small business this morning! We thank you all for the never ending love and support! 81ohm has had our doors open for just shy of one year and it’s because of all of you!!

We are 1 month away from beginning yoga classes at our studio!

Our restorative yoga class with Theresa Niki Roach will begin January 13th and will be every Tuesday from 6 - 7 p.m.

Coming from work? No problem! We have mats, blocks, and blankets available for you, and a water refill station for your water bottle.

Classes are $10 each and will be added to our subscription list rolling out the first of the year for you to bundle and save.

Anyone who participates in our classes also receives special perks to discounts on select vendor shelf items and our massage chairs.
