Activity: Happy Smiles...Grateful Hearts: Put together oral hygiene kits (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) and donate them to the Center for Hope

In this season as we prepare for Christmas, our hearts and minds are drawn to something outside of our daily routine. Perhaps we are longing for a deeper connection with someone. Maybe we've heard the whisper of a future hope for ourselves, our families, or our community. But most of all, we realize that we have a desire to share what we have with others. And what better way to spread love and joy than by donating to those in need? For many people, the holidays can be a difficult and lonely time. We provide food, shelter, and gifts, and with your help, we can make someone's day a little brighter and show them that they are not alone. Holidays of Hope is not only a way to make a difference in the lives of others, but it is also a way to spread joy, goodwill, and the love of Jesus during one of the most wonderful times of the year. Thank you for your generosity!

This special dinner will be followed by a wonderful service at 6 pm.

LONGEST NIGHT is a special service designed to create space this Christmas time for those who are missing loved ones, facing difficult times or experiencing grief of one form or another.

It is a safe and welcoming time and space.

Our friends at University of Michigan Flint HEART (Health, Equity, Action, Research, Teaching) will hold a Lunch and Learn on November 25th, 10am to 2pm. Welcoming all Moms (bring your baby!). Ask any medical/care questions you may have and enjoy lunch (and a free gift!).
