To everyone who has been looking to support or come by and gain information as well as enjoy a night out while being educated at the event for tomorrow it has been postponed. Thank you but it’s is no longer happening.

Almost didn’t make this one because i felt like what i had to say was too much, but- someone else may hear it and need it. So this week ask yourself- be aware of how you are investing your time- don’t. Time is a valuable resource and if you can’t see where you’re paying it, the results will cause a disturbance in your life.

Thank you all for reaching out, I don’t want to mislead anyone- I was being transparent and open in my journey because i know im not the only one who is experiencing something similar. Yes I am grieving and I did reach out for help- I received the help i needed in that moment- i was more so saying and showing that it’s okay to not be okay- and show people they aren’t alone. I appreciate all the love and encouragement. But it’s not just me who needs it and my goal is to be available for those who also may need it.

The elephant in the room is a mental health awareness focus group. We provide a safe space for people to open up but more importantly we provide solutions and support for those who need it and are open about the needs they have. And what they need assistance with While providing a hot meal.

We are our community. And in order for us to stay connected and safe- we have to be here for one another- so please come join us its great time to have that conversation. Tell a friend -Bring a friend.
