I haven’t been on my mat for about a week since hurting my leg, and today listening to my body looks like resting with my leg propped up, football on in the background, and giving myself permission to heal. 🛋️💛

🤰🏾 Pregnancy – supports circulation, digestion, and amniotic fluid.
🤱🏾 Breastfeeding – helps maintain energy + supports milk supply.
🌸 Postpartum recovery – aids healing, balances hormones, and boosts overall wellness.

Keeping a water bottle nearby is one of the simplest (and most powerful!) acts of self-care and a good reminder to take sip.

Sometimes “going with the flow” means adjusting our agendas and goals.

I had set my heart on a new morning routine with early yoga sessions, but life had other plans—my leg injury means I can’t practice the way I want to right now.

But that doesn’t mean my mornings are a loss. Instead, I’ve been using that time to sit in stillness and meditate. 🧘🏾‍♀️ It’s not the plan I started with, but it’s still nourishing me in a new way.

💬 I’m curious—what do you do when your goals or routines have to pivot? How do you stay grounded and keep moving forward, even if it looks different than you first imagined?

What a blessing and an honor it was to be a presenter at the Glow with Yolo Conference this weekend! I had the incredible opportunity to share on the power and impact of prenatal and postpartum yoga, connecting with expecting mamas, birth workers, and so many beautiful souls in the maternal health space.

Even more special—I was able to be a vendor and introduce my Pregnancy Affirmation Journals to the community! Watching people connect with the affirmations and seeing their eyes light up made my heart so full.

Thank you .breastfeeding for creating a space where wellness, empowerment, and community come together so beautifully. I’m beyond grateful!
