My HealthBites Kitchen recipe of the week is a delicious dip--Spinaci Dip (Italian for spinach dip). My hubby was reading about how eating more plant foods improves our gut health. This gives us a more diverse gut microbiome--which can lead to better digestion, a stronger gut lining, and improved overall health. One man reported better health by eating 30 different plant foods a week (and staying away from highly processed foods). Yesterday, I started my list.
