At Max Well Therapy we know how hard it can be if you have an injury or condition to deal with. It's hard physically and emotionally. ❤️❤️❤️

If you've ever had other tough times in your life before (and who hasn't?!) you might already know that it's these times that teach you tough lessons. 🚌🚌🚌

You can also discover strengths you never knew you had! Got a load of recovery exercises to do each day? Who knew you had so much persistence!? Finding it boring sitting around rather than out doing your usual activities? Who knew you were so good at puzzles and writing?!

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻😂
We get it. You really want a TheraBand.

They are admittedly pretty cool. If you're not familiar, they're thick elastic bands that provide a way to strengthen muscles by using resistance.

If you have an injury or condition, Max Well Therapy can prescribe specific exercises for you to do and, yes... there's a chance that a TheraBand may be used to perform these exercises.

We like them because they're inexpensive, easily portable and you can vary their resistance. But, hey, there's loads more cool stuff to like about , so let's not obsess about the Theraband! 😂
