First Hospice Care is seeking a Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our dedicated team!

In this role, you will:
✨ Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and the community
✨ Educate providers and families about hospice services and eligibility
✨ Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless, compassionate admissions
✨ Represent First Hospice Care at events and outreach opportunities

📍Based in FLINT, MI

First Hospice Care is pleased to announce the launch of our monthly Clinical Connection newsletter. This is designed to provide support to our partners, including hospitals, facilities, nursing home centers, and physicians, clinical case managers, social workers, and nurses. Each month we will touch on a new topic.

Additionally, we are excited to introduce “The Care Circle” next month, which will serve as a valuable resource for both our patients and their families. Each month, we will bloom a new topics to provide comprehensive information and support.
