Meet Melissa, she is our phlebotomist.

Melissa isa new lab technician with Access Medical. She is originally from Little Rock but has lived in the Harrison area for over 10 years. She has an associate's degree in medical technology with credential certification through the American Society for clinical pathology. (ASCP) “ I am so very thankful to have found a sincerely caring and hard-working team to be a part of” . She and her husband Bryan have been married for 25 years and have two wonderful young adult sons, Darren and Codey. When Melissa is not at work she is taking care of her mother who is post- stroke with the help of her family.

Meet Ivy. She is a CNA and is currently working to become an LPN. She moved here from Missouri 2 years ago. She is married to Nathan and has 3 children. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, and loves to read. You will find Ivy in different roles in our clinic from assisting provider in clinic, to front office or calling and assisting patients with their medical needs.

Meet Chelsey! She is a CNA at the clinic and has worked as a CNA for 10 years. She works everyday in clinic bringing patients back and getting them ready for the provider to see. Chelsey is a yellville native. She is the mom to a beautiful little girl. In her spare time she enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her daughter and fur babies. Chelsey loves to learn and furthering her knowledge to ensure our patients are well taken care of.

Terry Riggs is one of the smiling faces of our nurses. She has been a nurse for 15 Years. She is from Flippin and is married to Keith. She has one daughter Amy that lives locally. When Terry isn’t busy helping in clinic, she is behind the scenes working hard to obtain authorizations from insurance companies and is often the voice you will hear when you call the clinic with questions. Terry always comes through the door with a smile on her face.

Rachel is the face and voice of the clinic. She is the first person you see when you walk through the door. Rachel is from the Blytheville area, she graduated from Williams Baptist University in 2022 with a degree in psychology and a minor in social work. She is going to continue on with her education starting in the fall with a masters in industrial/organizational psychology. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She lives in the Mountain Home area with her fiancé, Read and their dog, Penny. Her hobbies include reading, going to the gym, and bugging the other staff members. She loves to make others smile and laugh!

Lesli is a native of Flippin. She was born and raised locally and attended Flippin elementary and high school. She graduated from Walden University, and Arkansas State University. Her primary specialty is Family Practice but also specializes in Wound and Ostomy care. She is married to Alberto and has four children; ranging from ages 26 to 12. She loves all things outdoors, and enjoys spending time with her family. She is currently working on completing her doctorate degree. She has a passion for helping her community and enjoys getting to know and care for each of her patients.
