Being part of the Flora healthcare community is incredibly rewarding. I love getting to know our patients, having meaningful conversations, building relationships, and helping with all their medication needs. I’ve been with Flora Pharmacy since 2018, and every workday is genuinely fun. I truly look forward to seeing our patients each day!

I attended Mississippi State University and earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi in 1999. Originally from Starkville, Madison has been home for the past 19 years. I’m married to Brett, a local State Farm agent, and we have two children, Clay, a dental student at UMMC, and Olivia, a senior at MSU.

Mitzi shares joy everywhere she goes and truly never meets a stranger. With her kind heart and friendly spirit, she has a special way of making everyone feel welcome, seen, and right at home. Adored by both customers and coworkers, she brings genuine positivity to our community every single day. Flora Pharmacy is beyond blessed to have Mitzi as part of our pharmacy family. She makes the world a whole lot sweeter and a whole lot more FUN 🤩💙

✨ Meet Rachel Wooten ✨

Pharmacist • IT Department • Inventory Manager (and basically everything else 😄)

“What I love most about working at a locally owned pharmacy is the deep sense of community. Many of our patients are people I know neighbors, family friends, or connected through one another which creates a warm, trusting environment. It truly feels like caring for extended family.”

Rachel is hardworking, organized, and incredibly accountable. A true jack of all trades, there’s honestly no challenge she can’t handle. She keeps the pharmacy running smoothly while always putting our patients first, and we’re so thankful she’s ours.

A Flora native through and through, Rachel went to school right here before earning her degree in biochemistry from Mississippi State and her doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. She’s married to Hunter Wooten and is mom to the silliest three year old, Henry 💙
