Clay County Rehabilitation (CCR) is the parent company and was incorporated in 1974 as a 501 ( c )3 corporation to provide vocational services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. In 1996, Clay County Industries was formed as the manufacturing division of CCR. This division currently occupies 37,000 square feet of manufacturing space. In 2007, Secure Processors was formed as a 501 ( c ) 3 to consolidate all the electronics recycling activities and marketing under one company.
