We are pleased to announce that UnitedHealthcare’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual marketplace plan is in-network with Springfield Clinic for 2026.

The deadline for our patients to make changes to their marketplace plan selection is approaching. Open enrollment for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2026, runs from Nov. 1 to Dec. 15, 2025 (learn more at getcovered.illinois.gov).
