We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is an important part of the experience we create and often serves as the first impression of our brand.
We’re seeking someone who is professional, personable, and highly detail oriented, someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with technology, and understands the value of thoughtful communication and presentation.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Experience creating and posting social media content
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Able to multitask while maintaining a high level of client care
Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, managing client communication, assisting with scheduling and coordination, creating a seamless client experience, and contributing to our social media presence.
