OM8 features infrared heaters to heat up our classes. The truth is… the temperature of the air in a hot class doesn’t need to be over 100 degrees when you have far infrared! Allowing poses to feel more accessible and the ability for your practice to grow… while getting sweaty of course! 😉

Thank you to the 102 yogis 🙌🏻 that shared the lawn at Braxton with us for yoga on a beautiful Saturday morning! We truly continued to be amazed by this community and the outpouring of love and support for the practice and each other!

We loved practicing in the sunshine this morning surrounded by 72 yogis at Braxton. ❤️ This is true community and we are so grateful! Thank you to all the amazing souls who showed up their mats with us this morning. We hope to see you in the studio!

We enjoyed this community event so much so we will be announcing more dates of yoga on the lawn! A special thank you to Braxton Union for this opportunity!

Join us this Saturday, July 26th, at 9:30 AM for a morning yoga flow on the lawn, led by Susan Taylor and Kate Hensley, with support from the amazing OM8 Collective teacher crew. We’re so excited to kick off the weekend with movement, sunshine, and community.

This all-levels class is free and perfect for everyone—whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to try something new. After class, treat yourself to a cold one—your first beer is just $5. Bring your mat, bring a friend, and meet us on the lawn. We can't wait to flow with you this Saturday at Braxton Union!

Join us this Saturday, July 26th at Braxton Brewery in Union at 9:30am for a fun yoga flow led by Susan Taylor + Kate Hensley and assisted by our OM8 teachers! Thrilled to practice outside with you on the lawn and enjoy time as a community. This class is free and will be accessible for all levels. Braxton will be opening the doors early for us and your first beer after class is $5! We are super excited and looking forward to seeing you all there!

Drop in anytime to enjoy light bites, refreshments, learn about our mission and look at the amazing home design products The Design Emporium has to offer. If you are making a purchase anytime at The Design Emporium, please mention that you would like a portion of the sales to go to the foundation!

Plus, Santrina will give tips to those who are fighting (or are trying to prevent having to fight) to those who attend.

If you cannot attend (we know graduation is 5/31 for many schools), there will be a QR code released to purchase tickets for 3 valuable prizes. Proceeds will go to the Santrina Strong Foundation. You will also be able to do this live at the event.
