It is with a heavy heart and great sorrow that I tell you that Grand Master Huixian Chen has passed away.

She left us Thursday afternoon and was surrounded by family and love. She was 92.

Many of you know Master Huixian Chen from her qigong teaching and tours to China.

She had to stop travel when she started dialysis 5 years ago. But she never stopped gardening and would spend hours in the garden every day. Flowers, fruits and vegetables brightened her day.

She was and remains for many of us a powerful spirit. Full of wisdom and joy. She will live in our hearts forever.

In lieu of sending flowers, we ask that you instead plant a flower, or a tree or a vegetable in her memory. She would have loved that.🪷🙏🏼
