My name is Skylar McClellan and I am the resource coordinator at Miracle House. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Masters in Counseling, and I am a person in recovery. My own journey gives me an understanding of the challenges, gifts, and blessings on the road to the life you want.

It’s my goal to bridge the gap between where the girls are now and where they want to be. That means I will help the girls become familiar with and connect to community resources like GED classes, parenting classes, housing services, obtaining insurance, job placement, etc. I want to give back what was so freely given to me.

With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, I bring a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of human behavior to my work as a faith-based counseling psychologist. My passion lies in helping people heal, grow, and rediscover their worth—spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

I believe true transformation happens when psychological insight meets the power of faith. At the core of my approach is the belief that every person carries divine value, no matter their past. My role is to walk alongside each client, offering compassionate support, sound guidance, and spiritual encouragement as they navigate recovery and begin building a new future.

Miracle House is looking for sponsors for tee-shirts. we have 50.00 spots and 100.00 and 200.00 spots. The girls have not had new shirts since January 2023. The sponsor money will be used to give each girl a tee-shirt; we have 54 beds. some come and go so we need extra and then we would like to finish up some things in house 2. House 4 needs a new roof, and we always have car problems. so, if you know anyone that can help let us know. we are also looking for someone to do the shirts.
