Heading back to school can bring excitement, but also stress, nerves, and overwhelm. It’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions right now. 💙

✨ Here are a few gentle reminders:
• Routine helps → Sleep, meals, and downtime are just as important as homework.
• Check in with yourself → Notice when you’re stressed, tired, or anxious. A few deep breaths can reset your day.
• Stay connected → Friends, family, teachers, and counselors are here to support you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
• Be kind to yourself → It’s okay if the transition takes time. Progress > perfection.
• Make space for joy → Balance schoolwork with hobbies, laughter, and rest.

Brian is a licensed mental health therapist in Alabama with over five years of professional experience. He believes you are the expert of your own life and story, and he's here to walk alongside you as you take steps toward growth and healing.

Seeking support takes courage, and it’s often the first step toward creating a more fulfilling and balanced life. Bryan has experience working with individuals navigating stress and anxiety, ADHD, addiction recovery, relationship challenges, anger management, and developing mindfulness practices.

Bryan's approach is rooted in genuine connection, active listening, and unconditional positive regard. His role is to provide support and guidance while empowering you to maintain agency over your life and the changes you want to make.

Think of your emotional wellbeing like a window. Inside the window, you feel calm, focused, and able to handle challenges. Outside the window, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, or disconnected.
Inside the Window:
✅ Able to think clearly
✅ Emotions feel manageable
