Over the last decade, Bosco has become a familiar face in our Westchester, IL Hanger Clinic. Diagnosed with CLOVES syndrome, a very rare congenital disorder, Bosco had his first partial amputation at 1-year-old. Now 11, he recently underwent a Symes amputation and is learning to walk again.
Clinicians Gwen Ansier and Beth Petrovic are working with Bosco to help him achieve his goals. They shared that he’s doing great so far, enjoying activities like wheelchair basketball and violin practice. 🎻🏀
While he’s still getting used to his new devices, we know Bosco is bound for greatness and can’t wait to witness all his accomplishments! Keep living your best life, Bosco! 🧡
