PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma is known as a “natural filler” treatment that can give you a more youthful appearance with little to no downtime. PRP is blood plasma from your own body, containing high concentrations of platelets that stimulate stem cells to help the body regenerate and heal at a faster rate.

All jokes aside, did you know that there have been several studies that have shown that Botox® can improve symptoms of depression just as well as some antidepressant medications?! The effect may be because when the muscles are relaxed and treated with Botox®, you can’t walk around frowning and holding tension between between your brows.
Furrowing your brows and holding tension may have a down effect on mood because of a feedback loop from your facial muscles to the brain.

This patient came in for microneedling with PRP!💉🩸
At the end of the treatment, we decided to inject some of her PRP to reduce some of their aging concerns.
Our nurse Paulina, BNS,RN, injected the nasal labial folds, or smile lines that go from the sides of your nose to the corners of your mouth.

Swelling typically subsides within about 72 hours. Bruising and redness is normal and temporary.
Multiple treatments is required for optimal results.
