Self-Care Saturday: Recharging Your Battery 🔋✨
As Nurse Practitioners, we spend our week caring for everyone else—but you can’t pour from an empty cup! Proper self-care isn't just a luxury; it’s a medical necessity for maintaining your mental and physical health.
Our "NP-Approved" Saturday To-Do List:
• Move: 20 minutes of walking, yoga, or stretching. 🚶♀️
• Unplug: Put the phone on 'Do Not Disturb' for at least one hour. 📵
• Hydrate: Swap one caffeinated drink for an extra glass of water. 💧
• Rest: Aim for those restorative 7-9 hours of sleep tonight. 😴
