🫣 Life (and office construction!) doesn't always go according to our timeline, but we find so much peace knowing that God’s timing is perfect. 🙌

TASTY TUESDAY 🤤

Easy High-Protein, Lower-Carb Skillet Meal 🍳💪

One pan. Real food. Packed with protein.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 2 medium Sweet potatoes
• 1 cup Tomatoes
• 1 cup Green chiles
• 1 cup Bell peppers
• Sugar-free taco seasoning pack
• Topped with pepper jack cheese
• Optional: avocado & sour cream

How to make it:
1. Brown ground beef, drain, and set aside.
2. Use a small amount of the beef grease or butter to coat the pan.
3. Sauté sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green chiles, and bell peppers until almost soft.
4. Add sugar-free taco seasoning and the cooked beef. Stir and cook together.
5. Top with pepper jack cheese and your favorite toppings.

Building on a Firm Foundation 🧱🙏

🏗️ As the walls go up at our new NP Medical office, we are reminded of Matthew 7:25: "The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock."

This construction isn't just about wood and nails; it’s about building a space where we can serve this community with love and excellence. We are so grateful for the "rock" that sustains us during this season of growth and the temporary spaces that have held us. 🙌

📢 WE WANT TO MAKE AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

🐾 There’s a new Boss at NP Medical! 🐾

🚧 Our office is currently under construction (it’s a work in paw-gress!), so we’ve been working hard from our "home base" to make sure you’re taken care of. But we finally realized we were missing something… a Chief Morale Officer. 😀

Meet Cleat! He’s currently overseeing all administrative tasks, which mostly involves napping on charts and demanding treats. 😴 🤤

We’re thinking of giving Cleat an official job title. Should he be our Head of Security, Lead Patient Greeter, or give us your ideas? 💡

📱 Our texting system is still pending approval for responses, so we are unable to text back at this time.

💻 We will work on your request during business hours Mon–Thurs 8:30–5. Weekend texts will be completed on Monday.

💊 Prescription request have already been sent to your pharmacy unless we contact you.

‼️ Please check with your pharmacy first.
If there is a problem, text our number and we will contact the pharmacy to help resolve it.

📅 Appointments are still scheduled unless you hear from us.
• If you wish to continue care with us, you do not need to do anything.

🚧 Construction Update
Due to ongoing construction, our open date is still TBD. (See pic above — Emily and Kelly went by today for a progress check!)

We will be contacting patients day by day to reschedule appointments only if construction affects your visit.

➡️ If you do not hear from us, your appointment remains the same.
➡️ If you need to change your appointment, message us and once we have a confirmed opening date, we will contact you to get it rescheduled.

Well… when your meeting place has no running water 🤦‍♀️, you pivot! So last-minute plans turned into us meeting at Kelly’s house yesterday morning.

And let me tell you… when a pregnant Kelly hosts, nobody leaves hungry. 🥰

She may have once been the fasting queen, but these days she’s making sure everyone is fed — with eggs, biscuits, and her homemade chocolate gravy to fuel us for the day. 🍳🥐🍫

Is it the healthiest breakfast? Nope.
Was it delicious and made with love? Absolutely. ❤️
And sometimes a little treat is just good for the soul.

Next time we’ll stick to protein-only… probably. 😜
