BEYOND REHAB – Step Into Empowered Living!

Hi, I’m Marijo Vollmar, founder of the Empowered Living Wellness Center in Old Town Florence. Many of you know me as a physical therapist—and I’ve taken a new direction that goes beyond rehab and into something more lasting and life-giving.

In traditional physical therapy, the goal is to restore function after injury or illness—getting you back to where you were. But what if you’re ready for more?

As a functional movement-based personal trainer, I help you move forward—building strength, improving vitality, and feeling truly empowered in your body again. This isn’t just about recovery—it’s about thriving.

Whether you want to return to your favorite activities, keep up with your grandkids, or simply move with greater ease and confidence, I’ll create a one-on-one plan tailored to your goals, your pace, and your lifestyle.

We want to help you create your own portfolio website!

Learn the basics (and some advanced) website building skills with workflow for artists and creatives. This hands on series will cover workflows, basic website building skills, branding. Some advanced level topics and skills included depending on cohort.

Three classes scheduled about two+ weeks apart to allow for homework and building site; June 11, July 2, and July 16th from 9:30am to Noon.

Items Needed: You, Laptop Computer with charger. Plus the cost on incidentals.

Poet and author Marijo Vollmar (AKA Jo Guzman) is back at the Empowered Living Wellness Center teaching a new writing class. This workshop is based on her debut poetry collection CRAVING, which celebrates themes of embodied empowerment and self-expression. If you are seeking a safe space to explore the highest version of you, this is your class! Details in the graphic. No writing experience needed. And if you speak this language, we are writing on the last full moon of Spring. ✨

Marijo Vollmar is the founder of the Empowered Living Wellness Center and the author of the poetry book 28. This collection of 28 poems is also a workbook and includes a prompt after each piece, encouraging the reader to create something that speaks to them (a journal entry, after poem, drawing, whatever medium the reader chooses). She will host a creative writing session based on some of the prompts in this book. Details for this worshop in the graphic. Please RSVP to hold your space. No writing experience needed to join.
