At Shoals Primary Care, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health.

Your mind matters. Your feelings matter. And seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional exhaustion can affect anyone, and you do not have to face it alone. Taking care of your mental health is part of taking care of your overall well-being.

This month, we encourage everyone to:

✨ Prioritize rest
✨ Ask for help when needed
✨ Break the stigma surrounding mental health

Join us in congratulating Dr. Iqbal, and many other of our very own SPC physicians, on the completion of Ramadan. This is a meaningful and special accomplishment, and we are so proud to support and celebrate this important time with him.

Ramadan is a time of fasting, prayer, reflection, and community, where individuals focus on spiritual growth, self-discipline, and acts of kindness.

In observance of this occasion, Dr. Iqbal will not be in the office today as he celebrates with family and loved ones. We appreciate your understanding and wish him a joyful and well-deserved celebration.
