Just a little FYI! If you call my number and I don’t answer, please leave a voicemail for me. I’m not around my phone all the time and work night shift outside of massaging, so a text is always better but I do accept calls. Due to so many spam calls, I miss a lot of clients. A voicemail helps me distinguish the calls.

✨ NEW SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ✨
Bodywork by Desiree is excited to share that I have recently completed my Reiki I certification — and I’m officially adding Reiki to my service menu!

For a limited time, I will be offering Reiki FREE with any massage service so I can gain more hands-on experience and continue growing this beautiful new skill.
**NOTE: the “add on” service on the website will show $1, but it is actually free and will not be added to your service price!

🌿 What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing technique that promotes relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. It’s performed with light touch or hands hovering above the body, allowing energy to flow where your system needs it most.

💆‍♀️ How Reiki Works Within a Massage Session:
During your massage, I will blend a dedicated Reiki portion into the service. You’ll simply relax on the table while I guide calming energy through specific points on the body. Most clients feel warmth, tingles, deep relaxation, or a sense of emotional release.

✨ Potential Benefits:
• Reduced stress + anxiety
• Improved emotional balance
• Deepened relaxation
• Support for overall energetic well-being
• Helps release tension held beyond the muscular level

⏱ Please Note: Adding Reiki will extend your session by about 30 minutes to allow plenty of time for a peaceful, unrushed experience.

If you’re curious about energy work or want to deepen your relaxation, this is the perfect time to try it. It’s okay to be skeptical!

It is available on my booking site as an “add on”. Due to it being complimentary, I will not be offering stand alone sessions yet. However, if there is enough interest for stand alone sessions I will set a day aside to do them!
