✨ Increases blood flow to your muscles

Fix It Friday: Bridge on the Reformer 🙌
The bridge looks simple—but small adjustments can completely transform the move. Here’s how to keep your form strong and safe:

✨ Feet: Hip-width apart, heels pressing into the footbar
✨ Core: Engaged to support your spine
✨ Lift: Peel the spine up one vertebra at a time, keeping ribs knit together
✨ Shoulders: Grounded into the carriage, neck relaxed
✨ Control: Lower with the same intention you lifted with

Mastering the bridge builds strength in the glutes and hamstrings while stabilizing the spine for more powerful movement both on and off the Reformer. 🔥🧘‍♀️
