Employee of the Month: Cami Williams

From intern to inspiring leader, Cami Williams has grown right alongside our SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice family. She began her journey with us in 2022 as a volunteer while earning her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of North Alabama.

In 2023, she officially joined our team as Volunteer Coordinator, and in 2024, she stepped into her current role as Patient Care Coordinator with grace and compassion.

Cami now holds a Master of Social Work from UNA, and when she’s not caring for others, she’s probably lost in a good book (or three).

We’re proud to celebrate Cami’s heart for patients, passion for service, and quiet leadership. Congratulations, Cami, you are truly the heart of what we do!
