I found this today as I was going through some saved things… it immediately made me smile. 😌

In our grown up world, how often do we acknowledge ourselves for our progress…

I’m guessing, not enough. Tell me if I’m wrong, and please share how you praise yourself because there are some people out there who may hear your words and be inspired by them. ❤️

Today this was my inspiration.

This image made me step back and reflect on my own achievements, some feel big and some feel small… some feel completely irrelevant, but one thing I can say with certainty… I am 100 days smarter!

This was a nice read that I felt may be useful to this group.

The journey of mindfulness is not for the faint of heart… mindfulness requires only a desire to change, but it forces you to take notice of your patterns and to decide if more work is worth it. We develop a resistance to change because it is work. Mindfulness is work… and like anything, it does get easier over time and we can form healthier habits around it.

💜 Easing into mindfulness with:

A desire to change.

Notice the habit.

Observe reactions.

Honor feelings of the reactions.

Make changes.

Praise yourself.

Be ok the next time you react.

Regroup and refocus.

See improvements.

Get support if you need more support!
