💜 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR: KIM MCCRAY 💜

Some people don’t just work a job — they live a life of service. Kim McCray is one of those people.

Kim has been a Nurse Aide for over 20 years, and every day she shows us what true care looks like. She was nominated for Employee of the Year not only for her amazing attendance, but because she consistently goes above and beyond—stepping in wherever she’s needed, helping other departments without being asked, and showing up with a heart that’s always focused on others.

Kim is the kind of person who makes our building feel like home. She’s incredibly caring, always present for our residents, and she truly pours herself into everything she does. And if you know Kim, you know this is just who she is… she’d give the shirt off her back to anyone.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys crafting, reading, journaling, and cooking, and her favorite things in the world are her four children and her grandchildren—the love she has for her family is the same kind of love she shows here every day.

Kim, we are so thankful for you. Your compassion, your dedication, and your spirit make a difference in more lives than you’ll ever know. 💜

This Christmas season, our hearts are full of gratitude. We are thankful for the residents who trust us with their care and fill our days with stories, wisdom, and smiles. We are thankful for our dedicated staff, who give compassion, patience, and kindness every single day. And we are thankful for the families and loved ones who support and stand beside our community.

🧑‍🎄Belmont had a jolly good time welcoming the Mayor of Florence and her amazing staff today! They surprised our residents with homemade Christmas cards, making an already festive Ugly Christmas Sweater Day even more.🤶

If there was a prize for ugly Christmas sweaters, Belmont would’ve won! 🎅😂
