The office will be closed tomorrow in observance of Good Friday. If you should need medical assistance during this time please go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care of your choice. We pray you all have a safe and blessed Easter.

Florence Family Medicine will be closed today due to the threat of severe weather to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
If you had an appointment scheduled today, please call the office tomorrow to reschedule. Our staff will also be reaching out to patients to help get appointments rescheduled once we return to the office.

We are no longer accepting applications for the Medical Receptionist position due to the overwhelming response we received.

We are currently reviewing all resumes and will be reaching out to qualified applicants soon.

Florence Family Medicine will be open for our normal business hours tomorrow. Your safety is our utmost concern therefore if you don’t feel safe traveling due to road conditions, you’re welcome to cancel your appointment by leaving us a voicemail or sending a message through the patient portal or Healow app.

Due to the potential for hazardous travel conditions, our office will remain closed for the safety of our patients and staff.

All patients who were scheduled for Monday will receive a text message with details about the closure and rescheduling.

Due to the winter storm forecast, there is a possibility the office will be closed on Monday due to hazardous road conditions.

If the office is closed, a text message will be sent on Sunday to all patients who are scheduled for Monday. Updates will also be posted on our page.

If you do not receive a text notification, please contact the office when we return to normal business hours so we can update your contact information.

With temperatures forecasted to drop well below freezing tonight, we have made the decision to remain closed Thursday January 23rd, 2025. We have made every effort to contact all scheduled patients who will be affected by the closure by phone or text. If you have an appointment scheduled for Thursday and have not heard from our office, please give us a call on Friday to update your contact information and reschedule your appointment. Due to the threat of severe weather and in the interest of safety for our patients and staff, the office will close today at noon. We intend to reopen tomorrow at 8am as weather and utilities allow. We pray everyone stays safe and is minimally impacted by the storm.
