Healthy aging includes all of the essentials: Eating right, exercising, and taking care of your mental health. One important note in the article that this post references is the importance of maintaining muscle mass by doing "moderate to vigorous exercise". In one study, this muscle mass "was a better predictor of longevity than was weight or body mass index (BMI)". Read more here:
