Healthy aging includes all of the essentials: Eating right, exercising, and taking care of your mental health. One important note in the article that this post references is the importance of maintaining muscle mass by doing "moderate to vigorous exercise". The Florence Farmer's market has such a variety of booths. If you haven't checked them out, click here on their webpage link and see all of the great booths and presentations they provide. Some that caught my eye were their free fix it booth and the recycling education. Check them out here or go down and see it for yourself at the Port of Siuslaw Boardwalk this Tuesday from 3–6pm.
