The heart of our community begins with the compassion and care that our 12 nurses give to our residents 24 hours a day! A profession that envelopes the very meaning of selfless love!

We are grateful for families and residents who wrote sweet thank you notes that we placed in our hallway for all of them to see. ❤️

At Spring Arbor, we believe the heart of a community is found in how we care for one another. We are honored to partner with Encompass Health and St. Elizabeth Healthcare to support GO Pantry in helping feed children this summer in 5 local counties.
There is something special about businesses coming together with one shared purpose: to make a difference in the lives of other others. Knowing that local children and families will feel supported, cared for, and seen is what community is all about!

Our residents had a festive and fun-filled Cinco de Mayo celebration! 🎉🌮

We built the ultimate nacho bar loaded with all the toppings, enjoyed lively music, and even got moving with a seated Mexican Hat Dance that had everyone smiling and laughing. 💃

Moments like these bring so much joy, connection, and celebration to our community! We love seeing our residents having such a great time together! ❤️

🎶💙 A heartfelt thank you to the Camp Ernst Middle School - CEMS - Band for bringing such an incredible group of young musicians to spend time with our residents!

Not only did they share their amazing musical talents, but they also took the time to truly connect, walking around, greeting residents, and engaging in meaningful conversations that brought so many smiles.

These multi-generational visits are so special and impactful. They remind us all of the joy that comes from connection, kindness, and shared experiences across generations. Our residents cherish these moments more than words can say.

About a week ago, we said goodbye to our beloved pet therapy dog, Ilse, and our hearts are still feeling her loss.

Ilse brought so much comfort, joy, and unconditional love to our residents. Whether it was a gentle nuzzle, a wagging tail, or simply sitting quietly on someones feet, she had a special way of brightening even the toughest days. She wasn’t just a visitor, she was family.

Her presence meant more than words can express, and she is deeply missed by all of us who were lucky enough to know and love her.

We want to extend our deepest sympathy and heartfelt thanks to Carolyn for sharing Ilse with us. Your kindness gave our residents countless moments of happiness, and we are forever grateful.

Run free, sweet Ilse. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. 🐾💔

🌸🏇 We kicked off Derby weekend in style! 🏇🌸

Our residents had a fabulous time celebrating the Kentucky Oaks with a fun-filled social! From designing their own beautiful fascinators to enjoying delicious derby pie and sipping on a signature mocktail, the afternoon was full of creativity, laughter, and great company.

There’s nothing better than dressing up, sharing sweet treats, and making memories with friends. Cheers to a weekend of traditions, fun, and a little friendly Derby spirit! 💐🥂
