🎃🐾 Keep the candy for the humans!

Halloween is a blast, but some spooky treats can be dangerously toxic to pets — even in small amounts.

🚫 The biggest threat? Xylitol — commonly found in sugar-free gum, candy, and baked goods. It can cause life-threatening drops in blood sugar and liver failure in dogs.

Other harmful treats include:
🍫 Chocolate (especially dark or baking chocolate)
🍇 Raisins & chocolate-covered raisins
☕️ Caffeine-containing sweets
🍬 Hard candies & candy corn

We love seniors, juniors and everything in between!

We had such a great day at PetFest 2025 Meet & Greet and Fundraiser we didn't take any photos and even have time to remind folks to come see us.

We raised over $400 for our Community Veterinary Assistance Fund and made loads of new contacts. Thank you to all our new friends!
