The Fitness Plex will be closed Monday, September 1 for Labor Day. If you hate missing your workout, don’t worry…with 24-hour access, you never have to miss a day. I usually walk in the building before the sun comes up. One of the first things I like to do is go to my counter and see what my morning is going to be like.
