M A Y is Mental Health Awareness month!
🌸While there are so many things I could share on this post, I am going to share a truth that I faithfully remind myself + others that I encounter. We are not alone. Whether it’s performance anxiety or severe debilitating mental health struggles, there is so much power in feeling seen, heard, and loved.
🌷Before we get in to the hustle and bustle of May with nurses & teacher week, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day, I pray you’ll take the time to reflect. Are you doing okay? Do you feel like you’re living life as your best self? If no, I encourage you to seek help. YOU DESERVE IT!
🌻If you are currently not in a battle with mental health, then I encourage you to encourage others. Be vulnerable, reach out, and take the time to listen. Be the reason someone is reminded they are not alone.
🌺”Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.“
