Abusers are so wily and manipulative. There are infinite ways that they can tear down their partner. It is often so difficult to put your finger on exactly what is happening. For me, I kept trying to fix ME to make him happy. That was a losing battle. The more I did, the worse I was treated.

Today in my local area I have read on social media about 2 people who are suffering a crisis, and the amount of people who have made stigmatised comments was unreal in 2025 there still a stigma in mental health this may be because they may be delayed in whatever there doing or just out for no reason. Mental illness is like any other illness less to say you wouldn't say someone suffering a heart attack is taking up a bed when someone else may need it. Please do support other charities and group that push so hard to stop stigma in mental health.
